Augmented Reality Engine

Our OpenGL engine for the iPhone is optimized to superimpose both 2D and 3D objects on the camera's video feed. Use it to create any variety of Augmented Reality applications; from games and social applications to utility and navigation apps.

  • Engine supports collections of images
  • Simple drag and drop, and adjustable image size
  • Take a picture of the image overlaid on the scene
  • Share pictures seamlessly with friends on Facebook, Twitter, email and MMS

Pocket Safari

For this experimenatl augmented-reality app, we built and animated a 3D model of a lion. The engine supports a large variety of 3D animated models.

  • The lion can go through an interactive state-machine
  • By moving a 3D marker on the screen, the user can direct the lion to move between running, walking, sitting, turning around
  • By tapping the screen the lion will roar and rub his paws against your finger tips
  • At any time, clicking the pause button will pause the lion so you can take a picture with the lion and share with friends.
